1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Comply Strike(the “Site”) you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
2. Scope of these terms
These terms govern your use of the public Site. They are not the terms under which we deliver paid services. Each engagement is governed by a separate Master Service Agreement (MSA) and Statement of Work (SOW); in case of conflict between this page and an executed MSA, the MSA prevails.
3. Information on the Site is informational
Articles, research papers, case studies, framework references, and methodology descriptions on the Site are provided for general information. They do not constitute legal, regulatory, or security advice for any specific situation. Decisions affecting your security posture should be made in the context of a formal engagement with appropriate scoping and authorisation.
4. Intellectual property
The Site, its design, code, content, and brand marks are owned by Comply Strike or licensed to us. You may view, share links to, and quote short excerpts of public content with attribution. You may not copy substantial portions, repurpose for commercial use, or represent our content as your own without written permission.
The methodologies and frameworks referenced on the Site (ISO, NIST, MITRE ATT&CK, OWASP, etc.) are owned by their respective rights holders and are referenced under fair-use principles for descriptive purposes.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Site without our prior written authorisation. Coordinated security research is welcomed under our responsible disclosure policy.
- Attempt to bypass authentication, rate-limiting, anti-bot challenges, or access controls.
- Submit content via the contact form that is unlawful, infringing, malicious, deceptive, or designed to disrupt operations.
- Use automated tools to scrape content beyond polite bandwidth use; respect
robots.txt.
6. Third-party links
The Site links to external resources (regulatory texts, standards bodies, partner products). We do not control those destinations and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or privacy practices.
7. Disclaimers
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure beyond the controls reasonable for a public marketing site.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither Comply Strike nor its officers, employees, or contractors are liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site is limited to USD 100. This limitation does not cap liability that cannot be limited by law (e.g. liability for gross negligence or wilful misconduct).
Liability arising from a paid engagement is governed by the limitation clauses of the applicable MSA, not by this page.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Comply Strike from claims arising out of your unlawful or unauthorised use of the Site or violation of these terms.
10. Privacy
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we handle personal data.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Dehradun, Uttarakhand, except where mandatory consumer-protection law of your jurisdiction grants you additional rights.
12. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of the page reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Site after a change indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
